Does rotation change PDF quality?
No image re-encoding is performed. eggPDF changes the page rotation metadata and saves a new PDF, so text and vector content are not intentionally rasterized or recompressed.
Can I rotate only one page?
Not in this first Rotate tool. It intentionally rotates every page by the same amount. Per-page rotation can be added later as a separate advanced interaction without complicating the basic workflow.
