How eggPDF works
Simple by design, private by architecture.
Choose files
Select files from your device. The browser gives eggPDF temporary access only to the files you chose.
Process locally
pdf-lib, PDF.js and local WebAssembly engines perform the selected operation in browser memory. There is no eggPDF PDF-processing upload API.
Download the result
The new PDF, image ZIP or workflow ZIP is generated locally and downloaded back to your device.

Your files never leave the shell.
Do you upload my PDFs?
No. The core PDF tools read and process the selected files in your browser. PDF contents are not sent to eggPDF servers.
Does eggPDF use a server at all?
The website and optional billing endpoints are delivered over the web, but core PDF operations do not rely on a server-side PDF processor.
What about password-protected PDFs?
eggPDF can add local password protection with QPDF/WebAssembly. Existing encrypted PDFs remain blocked in tools that cannot safely open them.
