What does “split by ranges” mean?
Each comma-separated range becomes a separate output document. This is different from extracting several selected pages into one new PDF.
Can eggPDF split password-protected PDFs?
Not currently. Encrypted or password-protected PDFs are rejected rather than bypassing their protection or producing an unreliable result.
